Organisation Profile

An Admin User can view their Organisation's profile from anywhere in the ON Platform by clicking on their name in the top right corner of the screen.

Users with a Content Manager or Operations Manager account are not able to access the Organsation Profile.

The organisation details displayed here are view only. If you need to change them, please contact Candelic.

Associated Organisations

Organisations listed here are available for you to assign to locations through the Locations menu.

If you add a Content Owner or Operations Manager from an associated organsation to a location, it will grant those user's organisations access to your content or diagnostics data. These users can also create and edit items on your behalf.

If you would like to have an organisation added as an associated organisation, please contact Candelic.

Managed Organisations

These are organisations who have granted you access to manage their content or diagnostics data. You can create and edit items on their behalf.

Organisation Logo

You can upload your organisation's logo into the system and it will appear in the top of the page, to the left of the user name.

Click into the rectangle to select a file from your computer or drag and drop a file into it. Only .jpeg, .png and .gif images will be accepted. Please note that the maximum file size is 1MB.
