TermDefinition
Tile Network Location (TNL)A unique number generated to identify each tile in the system. The first character represents the adapter, the next represents the strand and the third character represents the tile number. For example, tile A8 is on the first adapter, where there is only one strand and it's the 8th tile on that strand. Tile Bb30 is on the second adapter, is on the 2nd strand on that adapter and is the 30th tile in that strand.
ErrorsDepending on the severity, errors appear as either a warning, a critical warning or a visual fault. If you need assistance with troubleshooting specific errors, please view our Console Documentation.
WarningA type of error that indicates when particular operations are outside of the preset thresholds. Warnings may not typically require immediate action but collectively, they may indicate a bigger issue.
Critical WarningAn error type that indicates when operations heavily exceed the thresholds. Although they may not require immediate action, Critical Warnings will need attention very soon to prevent a more severe fault.
Visual FaultA type of error that is likely to affect what is seen on the screen and will generally need immediate attention.
DaemonThe daemon ensures that the controller is not crashed and that it's running. There are a few variables that it monitors and if any of them stop sending, it will restart. This prevents the software issue from impacting a customer.

TermDefinition
ModelThe model number of the tile.
SerialThe unique serial number assigned during manufacturing.
FirmwareThe software programmed into the controller on each tile.
Factory VersionVersion of factory firmware currently running on the tile.
Incomplete FramesThe number of times a frame has been dropped.
Short FramesFrames that are displayed for shorter than usual. There is usually an amount of long frames that correspond with the short frames.
Long FramesFrames that are displayed for longer than usual. There is usually an amount of short frames that correspond with the long frames.
VSYNC DropsThis indicates the number of times a frame is not displayed. This number should always be either zero or uniform across all tiles.
VSYNC PacketsVsync denotes how often the frame refreshes. This statistic shows how many vsync packets have been sent.
Min VSYNCThe minimum frequency of frame refreshes.
Avg VSYNCThe average frequency of frame refreshes.
Max VSYNCThe maximum frequency of frame refreshes.
Video PacketsHow video data is sent - instead of transferring a large file as a single block of data, the video is sent in smaller packets. If a packet is not received or is "dropped," only the dropped packet needs to be resent. Additionally, if a data transfer encounters network congestion, the remaining packets can be rerouted through a less congested path.
LED FirmwareThe software programmed into the LED board on each tile.
OC LED TestThe number of open circuit (dead) LEDs found.
LED Chain ErrorsNumber of chain errors detected.
LED TempThe temperature of the LED board. The value is reported in degrees Celsius after it has been multiplied by 10 (i.e. 90 degrees is shown as 900).
Local TempThe temperature of the local board. The value is reported in degrees Celsius after it has been multiplied by 10 (i.e. 90 degrees is shown as 900).
Local VrefThe local voltage reference. Voltage reference is an electronic device that ideally produces a fixed (constant) voltage irrespective of other factors.
LinkNumber of ports with link.
Stats ReceivedNumber of stats packets sent from the controller and received by the tile.
Status ReceivedNumber of status packets sent from the tile and received by the controller.
Last CommsTime since last packet received.
UptimeThe length of time that a tile has been running continuously since the last reset.
Total UptimeThe total length of time that a tile has been running continuously.
RuntimeAmount of time in seconds a tile has been running since last power cycle.
Total RuntimeAmount of time in seconds a tile has been running. Does not reset.
